It’s the time of year to review our processes. What systems can we improve heading into the fall that we want to explore right now? Personally, I think it almost always comes down to internal communication systems. No matter the context or industry, the systems we use to communicate our decisions to those we work with are something we must always be tweaking – always improving.
To that end, I’ve been working on a Decision-Making Communication workbook for many years and recently tweaked it.
